A Quiet Weekend

This weekend was quiet at our house. Auntie H came over for a while on Saturday, and we got some cute pictures. I'm still working on sitting up by myself, and of course, I took some pretty good naps. Hope you had a good weekend, too!

Waaaaaaar Eagle - HEY!

On Wednesday night, Mommy and Daddy and I went to the Greater Birmingham Auburn Club kick-off party. It was a lot of fun! I got to wear my new cheerleader outfit, and I saw the Pep Band, Aubie, Cheerleaders, and Coach Tuberville. I got my picture taken with some cheerleaders, but Aubie had had a big day earlier at SEC Media Days, so he left the party early and I missed him. Bummer! But I plan to hunt him down till I get a picture with him!! Hee-hee!

Here's a link to the Toomer's Corner Live with the countdown to football season. War Eagle everyone!

This is my Auburn bib
(because I had carrots for dinner, and they stain clothes).

This is my cool Auburn visor.

Daddy makes me look silly when I'm getting ready for my bath.

I'm a tired girl after the big Auburn party! I'll be dreaming of the 6th win in a row against that yucky Alabama this season. :)

Bon Jour! Ciao! Buenos Dias!

HELLO!

The first time I waved was at The Galleria. Auntie H waved at me, and I waved back! I'm pretty smart. :)

It's a Bird ... It's a Plane ...

It's an exersaucer!! Mommy and Daddy got me a cool new toy this past Sunday. It's called an exersaucer, and I get to sit in it and stand up a little bit, too. It has lots of cool toys to play with. I like it a lot!

In this picture, the exersaucer is a little too high, and my feet are dangling, but Daddy lowered it so my feet could touch the bottom.

Play Time

I get to play a lot at home. Mommy and I play during the day, then Daddy comes home and plays with me in the evenings. Sometimes play time is exercise time for me. I'm do tummy time to build my upper-body strength, and I even like to stand a little bit, too.

I Changed My Mind ... Because I'm a Baby and I Can!

So after I kicked rice cereal's butt, I decided that it really wasn't that good after all. So now I'm eating baby oatmeal, and it's pretty good! Mommy has also given me baby sweet potatoes, and they're pretty good, too! I cleaned my bowls! I think baby squash is next ... Yummy!!

An Evening at Home

Things are pretty laid-back in the evenings at my house. I really like to spend time with Daddy when he gets home from work. Daddy, Mommy and I enjoy sitting on the sofa and watching TV. We like to play sometimes, too!

I Love You, Out-of-Town Grandparents! :)

I just wanted to thank my grandparents for traveling from Brunswick, GA, and Auburn, AL, to visit me and celebrate my baptism last weekend. I had a wonderful time, and I hope you all did, too!
